The Haven and Spa Questions & Answers

New York City, New York

Do you have a suite with two beds (twin beds), a kitchenette and patio (not on the ground floor)? We like to make our own breakfast. Are you located in the town? Are you near a grocery store? (We do not drive.) Thank you.

I apologize for not replying yesterday.

All our rooms are on the ground floor. The rooms with a kitchenette only have one bed

Thank you for your inquiry

Toni...

I highly recommend The Haven for a wonderful experience in Boquette. However, I wouldn't call their set up a kitchenette. Like the representative stated, they have a heating kettle, a small table and a couple of chairs. Enjoying the morning on the patio is ideal and it will add a couple more seats. Breakfast is limited fruit and cereal with a French Press Coffee Maker. The Haven is close to town and easily walkable, about 15 minutes away at a casual stroll. In town you'll find several fantastic restaurants to explore. Like Robert mentioned, you can always take a taxi if you didn't want to walk. I hope you go.

I think all the rooms are ground level but do have a patio which is quite secluded. We had breakfast there every day in our robes. Breakfast of fresh fruit( pineapple and guava) along with yoghurt muffins and raisin bran cereal and milk, soy and almond milk were supplied daily in the room refrigerator. We made our own coffee( or tea) with the suppled electric kettle and french press. You can walk to the grocery store but its about 15 mins further into the town.without a car, many people take taxis which are cheap and plentiful.
