Yes. As far as I could make out, the whole place runs very flexibly, trying to accommodate guests, subject to one restrictions - the skill base in Fiji is generally limited.

There is a beautiful covered platform, it looks out on the bay. I thought, from reading the web page that yoga would be offered daily. However, my yoga clothing remained in my luggage. This is a wonderful resort for relaxing, enjoying the hospitality of the staff and creating your own adventures!

While we were there a yoga group booked for a week ,I'm sure they would welcome daily yogis if that's what you need . However as yoga is not a daily thing contact the owners or manager and they will not hesitate to assist you

The owners, if they are there, are interested in yoga. You might be able to join them in a session. Best contact the owner Delia at the resort.

There aren't always yoga classes on offer. If there is a retreat on, and depending on who is running it, you could most likely join a class or two (people who were staying at the resort did that when I was there for my weeklong retreat). That said, people sign on and go there specifically to attend a yoga retreat. See the website paradisecourses to see what retreats are available.

Yes absolutely up to you. The classes are included in the price but you are free to attend as few or as many as you feel like. Hope this helps !
