Dear Guest,

The hotel shuttle bus is only one way trip from hotel to Wan Chai and the price is RMB80. It takes around two hours. You can take public bus from Wai Chai Ferry to Huanggang port and then take a taxi back to our hotel (cost approximately RMB 25), it's 24 hours operation.

With best regards,

Fay Qu

I use the double plate (HK and China) Mercedes which crosses the border with no need to get out of the car. The Futian Shangri-la will arrange it for you. It is expensive but you may also ask for the mini-van which should be much cheaper. Suggest you call the hotel or the Horizon club if you are staying at an Horizon room.

You are going from WanChai in Hong Kong to the Futian Shangri-La Hotel in Shenzhen? Because those are two different cities with a customs border in between, it will take you about two hours depending on how you get there. I would take a taxi to the ferry at the HK/Macau Ferry terminal. Then take the ferry to Shekou in Shenzhen. Then take a taxi to the Futian Shangri-La. That way is a little longer in distance, but you won't mess with as many people at the border. OR, you could get a cross-border van that would take you straight from where you are in HK to the hotel and you can drive through the border, but that's the most expensive option. I'm not sure how to book those from the HK side, as I've only ever booked them from the China side.
