Is 11:30pm/midnight too late to have dinner here on a Friday? Our plane lands at around 10:30pm.

I would probably try to eat at the hotel if arriving that late and head down there in the following days. It is very busy, when you find seats reserve them with a packet of tissues or similar and then head off to choose you food. The seats will still be there when you come back and you will interesting dinner companions as well. Good luck

I would eat at hotel, get some room service and go to Lau Pa Sat next night, I think 11:30pm will be too late.

The latest I’ve been was 10:30 and half of the stores were closed although still a good selection of food and half of the skewer stalls were still open as well. Not sure about 11:30though

It might be better to go somewhere else for dinner; a lot or restaurants/ hawker stalls are still open at that time.

Not sure how late the stalls are open. If you are arriving late it may be best to go to the hotel and go there the next night. It is definitely best to see it with everything buzzing around dinner time. I went through there again during the day and it was not nearly as good as dinner time.
