The Hanoi Club Hotel & Lake Palais Residences Questions & Answers

Ranked #173 of 651 Hotels in Hanoi

Hi all! We are seeking a hotel/serviced apartment for a relaxing stay in Hanoi with decent gym, swimming pool and preferably other sporting facilities and chanced upon The Hanoi Club Hotel & Lake Palais Residence. We would like to find out if the tennis court is free for hotel guests to use and whether tennis rackets/balls are provided? How about the pool table and driving range? Also, are there supermarket and restaurants (outside of hotel premise) within walking distance? We would appreciate anyone with information on the above to share more with us. Thank you!

Dear Winnie,

Thank you for contacting us.

With reference to your inquiry, I would like to inform you that our outdoor swimming pool, Tennis court, Gym, Sauna, Steam, Jacuzzi are complimentary if you are our hotel guest. however, you should prepare your own equiptments such as Tennis racket, ball. if you do not bring them with you, we have for rental.

Golf driving range is not included in to the room benefit, you can buy the ball ticket at VND 100,000nett/100balls and hire the club VND 30,000nett/club.

there are some restaurants and a supermarket nearby our hotel so we can recomend you when you stay here.

Should you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Best Regards,

Monica

Hi Monica, thank you for your response. The info you had provided is definitely helpful for us to make a decision. May I know how much will the rental fee of 2 tennis rackets with balls?
