Dear Jackie,

The superior rooms are bigger (25 square meters) and they have balconies. This is important if guests smoke because it is possible on our balconies. Our standard rooms are about 20 square meters and as our Guests mentioned above, the rooms have only windows. The most important thing is, of course, that our team from the Reception is like even more superior and will definitely make every stay more pleasant and help all you need.

Thank you to everyone who answered this question and warmly greet you from Krakow!

Sorry we only had a standard room and didn't look at the superior.

Out of the 4 rooms that our group occupied, the only difference was that 2 of them had a small balcony, which was good for those that wanted to smoke but other than that I’m afraid I can’t help you.

I only had a standard room which was absolutely fine. There were rooms with a balcony but the rooms only face a road anyway so I was happy with just a window. I don't know if the rooms were bigger or not.
