We did raise our complaint with a member of your staff on Christmas Day and with hindsight we should have asked to speak to the manager. We left after being told there was nowhere for my mother to sit and he apologised and said that there was nothing he could do. My father also came in a few days later and spoke to someone (l am unsure who) who apologised and gave him a mince pie and a cup of coffee.
