1) What about check-in, is it possible before 2.00 PM, since I think I'll be there a couple of hours earlier?
2) I booked one room for myself, I'd like to know if my friend who lives in Vienna can visit me at my room during the day?
Dear Engjellushe T
thank you very much for contacting us via Tripadvisor.
We do guarantee a check in at 2p.m. but depending on the occupancy the day before you arrive, a earlier check in is also possible.
Of course your friend can visit you during the day. If he stays over night, a surcharge of EUR 15,00 applies per night he joins you.
If there is anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to contact us directly at any time.
With best regards

1) if they are not fully booked you might be able to check in 2 hours early. if the room is not ready you will be able to leave your lagguage at the hotel and go for a walk or a drink or...
2) if he does not stay over the night this will not be a problem at all. but you have to pickup your friend from the lobby as the elevators only work with your keycard
have fun in vienna!

I don't know for sure, but I do not think they let you check in early
This would depend how busy they've been and how many people left and at what time. If a room is ready and available of course they wil check you in. Normally if you're friend were to visit you at the hotel, it would be expected that they meet you in the public areas, bars and lounges rather than in the room.
