We went a couple of days after Christmas and had a little bit over 20 people on 3 vehicles but it never felt crowded. This was one of the highlight days of our time in Italy.
We went in mid-November and had seven people on our tour.
I think there were 12 of us total.
We went in November. On this particular day we had 7 people in our van total and another van of people so roughly 14 people.
We got to meet everyone and had a lot of fun. I would think more than 20 would be a problem only while viewing the balsamic vinegar part of the tour due to the limited space in the room. Other than that no problem in the other 2 locations or at the restaurant.
It depends on the day. We went on a Winter Saturday in early December. There were only 4 persons altogether.
On our tour in November there were about 20 people, collected in 3 mini busses so each bus around 6 people. We do not like big tours but felt very comfortable on this one intact being in a good size group made the meal at the end of the trip more fun. Our guide Elenora was brilliant and got to know us all personally. Do dress in warm clothing.
It will depend on the day. Write to them and ask if it's of concern to you. I would say our day had about 20 people. We went in June which was high season. I would imagine it depends on the season you go. Honestly, just make sure you go, it's absolutely fantastic!
It really depends and obviously it will be busier at weekends and during school holidays. On our trip on a Friday in November there were just 6 people on the tour - 4 people (2 couples) along with us. I think it would be better when there is less than 10 people.
There was about 20 people in our tour. It never felt crowded and I could always see what was going on. We were spread out in about 5 different vehicles so there was lots of room to spread out.
