No fee. You can't access the ruins but are viewed looking down from the street

No its all free. You can see some of the cats among the ruins from the street but you can also visit the charity that looks after them. We found it open in the afternoon.

No fee, one can see the cats looking down from street level. They live between the ancient ruins. I expected more cats, but still, nice to see. Enjoy !
