No. But there are practical issues like some of the rooms feel quite cool with the aircon so a vest is probably not sensible. Bare torsos are also not very polite.

No not at all for going around with the audio tour. I think they do concerts there as well so I expect people dress up a but more for these

It’s pretty casual, but I’d still avoid wearing sandals. Tank tops and shorts are probably ok.

Not really, other than common sense (i.e., yes on shirt and shoes, no on Borat thongs, etc.). Tourist casual seems to be fine with the staff.

Pfwah, what kind of question is this..? Going to a museum isn'y like clubbing in an underground dump in Berlin. I just can't understand why someone shound have questions about how to dress in a museum, c'mon?!
