We are considering going on vacation to Roatan. I am NOT a lizard/iguana fan. Are they all over the island, in the all-inclusive resorts, beaches, towns, etc?
There are lots of iguanas here at our park, all of them are very very friendly towards you, they are more interested in the food we give you to feed them than they are in you. If you are considering coming to the island we offer exclusive customizable tours of the island, snorkeling and beach breaks. Feel free to email us for further details.
No they are not everywhere
I did see a few other than in the park. I wouldn't think you would see them in resorts.
no worries, a rare little one in the tourist zone, you should be fine
I do not know about the resorts but I did see them throughout the island.
Only in the park as far as I know.
I only saw them in that park.
I only saw them at this park.
Only saw one at my resort. Lots at the iguana farm for people who like that
In the five years we have been visiting Roatan, I have only seen one out and about on the beach. It is not like Mexico where they are everywhere. There is an iguana farm, some At Gumbalimba Park, and there are rare black iguanas which are actually really cool found in one place on the island —on the rock wall at the end of West Bay Beach
No not everywhere. Might see few very small ones at hotel resorts... 3 inches. Big ones are only in parks and attractions.
