Hi. We had a wonderful tour of the Castle. It was at 1 p.m. You should ask when you arrive. I'm not sure that they offer it everyday. It was very informative. Rachel does a great tour if she is available. Enjoy

It's a Fairmont and I am sure they would offer a tour if their lovely properties we stayed in five Fairmonts Calgary Banff Vancouver Jasper and Lake Louise all unique and very beautiful the 150 anniversary for Vanada was the. Ugh we stopped in Vancouver what a lovely place adjacent to the waterway. Jasper was a cabin on the lakes very unique. Lake Louise and the Chateau enough said. Then the Pilsner in Calgary and the Castle in Banff what more can one ask for in ten days after a week in Alaska. Can't wait until the fall when we travel to Australia and New Zealand sign up online with Firmont Presidrnrs Club it's free and gives you great perks life free wifi and concierge check in plus much more....

Hi! We're just travellers like yourself and not connected with any of the hotels or attractions we've visited and reviewed. We're not sure if they still offer a tour of their fabulous hotel by a staff member anymore - they certainly did in the past (and it was great!), but I don't see it on their web site. We noticed a PDF of a self-guided tour - hopefully it hasn't been reduced to that. You may want to call the hotel or ask the check-in agents when you arrive just in case it is something they offer to guests but don't promote it all over the place. If you're going to be a guest, you'll have an excellent visit, we're sure. It's a fabulous place in a stunning park! Larry
