is parking free or not? just seen to different posts and one says paid parking and one says free, I'm a bit confused
Thank you for this question. We have two parking options for our guests: Self Parking $11/night or Valet Parking $16/night.
These services are available a la carte, in order to preserve our most competitive rates for our guests.
Should you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.

You have to pay for parking $10 and valet parking $15.
Parking is included in the rate. We did not pay any additional cost. Parking in Banff is also free.
Hi. The parking is not free. I paid 11 dollars per night (self service). Valet parking more expensive I think 17 dollars per night.
The hotel has a nice and big underground parking lot
Neither is internet
Sometimes you pay, and sometimes you don't. 1 year ago I did not take parking when offered when checking in. then I went to see the Concierge later on where to park on street and he gave me free parking. (under the radar)
Recently - the checkin person was SUPER insistent on us paying for parking saying there was nowhere to park on the street. the street parking is tricky - 2-3 hours max during day and then there are a few street spots overnight starting at 9. so you could park at 7 pm overnight - if you do the math! We paid 10$ as our car had stuff in it that I did not want in car overnight on street.
this is the same case for WIFI. we asked after at front desk for password and she gave to us for free. glad I did not pay at checkin. the concierge sometime will give the password but it has to be under the radar
Parking at this hotel has a cost of $10.00 per day. If you are there this summer, the town will be full of visitors and it is best to to pay for the parking. If you are staying there outside of the tourist seasons you can likely find parking on the roads, though you will
likely have to move your vehicle every 12 hours.
