I would like to know how to get my money back that you charged me even though I canceled well in advance of the deadline with you and Expedia. Expedia and I have been calling you and nobody picks up the phone!
Hi David, We have been in contact with Expedia regarding this via phone as well as email. We never received any cancellation and they did not either. We had your room held for you since November. If you have any proof of cancellation prior to 30 days of your arrival please email it to us!

Finally a person answered, took my information, and told me there was nothing else I needed to do. I had already called Expedia to cancel and they told me to call your hotel.
