There is street parking but most people walk to it. Really there is minimal need for a car in PV at all.
This in the heart of the romantic zone. Narrow streets. Venders by the hundreds. People by the thousands. Leave your vehicle at a hotel or lot and walk. Parking is extremely limited everywhere. You can only truly immerse yourself in the Mexico experience by walking. Days are long and hot. Life is slower here. Walk if you can is my recommendation.
Only parking is on the street or in nearby ramps.
There is no parking right in front. Hard to find parking in this area but you can get lucky sometimes. You might have to park a few blocks inland, or there is pay parking under the 'village square' entrance on Venustiano Carranza.
