Denali Bluffs Hotel Questions & Answers

Lewiston, Idaho

We have booked the Denali Bluffs hotel through Alaska Tour and Travel and will arrive via the railroad. I'm confused after reading reviews; does the hotel charge for our luggage to be removed from the train and taken to our rooms? We understood (via an email to our Alaska Travel rep) that this was part of the service.

Thanks in advance for any help clarifying this question.

Thanks for asking - the cost of your luggage handling is included in the price of your sleeping room. When guests book direct with us, or don't tell us how they are arriving, we do charge them for baggage handling as all bags for each hotel are sorted before they arrive in Denali. Looking forward to having you stay with us! Dee Dee

My wife and I were there in June. They did not charge us to pick up our bags and deliver them to the room. It was so easy and very nice.
