Hello Peter. What happened to you in your life that you became so nasty and bitter? You're clearly confused about where you must've stayed, because your comments are so far removed from the reality of Thorngrove, that you must be confusing it with the airport motel you stayed at on the way there. Considering that you are the only negative review, it reflects more upon you than them. I bet you'd even complain about the Ritz Carlton! A fair minded person would delete a review like that and submit a grievance to SLH, if in fact you had one. I pity the next doors you darken.
