We are going to be in Columbus Falls the second week of June and in White Fish between June 13 and 15th. Will there be any rafting that early in June? If so, very cold?
My wife and I are going to be vacationing in Glacier National Park the last week of June and would like to go on a float trip with our young (6, 10 and 12) sometime during that week. Our schedule is flexible except for one day, do we need to schedule this in advance or can we wait until that week to see what the weather looks like? Thanks and looking forward to rafting with you.
So...we are on our way in just a couple of weeks. We will be there from 6/14-6/16. How cold is the water then? Will there be wet suits? We are not sure whether we should do the scenic calm one or the sporty fun one. How prevalent is the wildlife on the scenic one at this time of year? Can you see any wildlife on the one with rapids? And how rapid-y is the rapids at this time of year? We are in reasonably good shape--but I feel stuck about which one to do. Suggestions would help. Thank you!
How late in the season do they take trips. Are there trips in September? And if so what are the conditions like?
How long in advance of our trip to Glacier in the last week of August should we reserve a 2-3hr raft adventure for 2 people?
We have a family of four and want to do a combine horseback and water rafting adventure. We are not sure which white water rafting to choose. Does the scenic have any rapids. We have children ages 7,9,11 and are going to be in Glacier in the middle of July. What rafting trip would you suggest. My husband and I have done whitewater rafting but not our kids. We want some adventure and not sure if the scenic will be boring. Thanks
