Which is the best month to attend June or August?

For flight planning when is the best time to arrive...I’m assuming Saturday or Sunday are the start days......do I arrive the day of or the day before...likewise for leaving?

I can't figure out on the website how long I need to stay to get a good understanding and ceremony experience. I don't have an unlimited budget and would like to know the minimum lenght of stay (in days) to have a full experience. Will 3 days work?

What taxi/airport shuttles did you guys use besides the one offered by Rythmia (which seems very steep), and were they ok?

Im booked to go to Rythmia and have been on pain meds for 6 years Doctor is not sure I a able to come off them Is the trip still worth it

My question is not about the centre itself, I've already decided to book my place but how to get there... I live in France and need to find the best route/airline to fly there, has anybody else made the trip from France? All advice gratefully received.
