This is a message for Raju . N hotel general manager . Hi Mr . Raju I have been trying to book twin suite via Ms Nguyen for a good few weeks now . I have informed her of external website prices for my stay between 8th September and 14th September ( 9 nights ) and asked her to beat or at least match their price and add an incentive for me to book direct with hotel . Every time I have tried this she keeps coming back with a price that is more expensive than external booking sites . I made an offer , yes that was under the external website price . I know that these websites charge hotel commission for booking and some such as hotel.Uk offer me a free night for every 10 nights that I book. This is why I believe the hotel should be able to beat their prices . Today on hotels . Uk I got a quote of £1,028.00 for my stay which is over £100.00 more than Ms. Nguyen offered . I do not feel Ms. Nguyen is believing me with these quotes or is not willing or able to offer a better price . I would like to stay at your hotel but she is not instilling confidence in me regards customer care . I would like you to make me an offer showing incentive for
me to book with hotel direct and hopefully we can proceed with booking.
