Thanks for your review. To the General Manager- have any of the Deluxe rooms been updated and if so are these now defined as Premier rooms? Is it the intention of the hotel to update all deluxe rooms (as it appears from many reviews that these rooms are in dire need of updating)? If so what is the schedule for completing the updating of the Deluxe rooms?
Thanks Allen for your review. I had been wondering about the difference between the Deluxe and Premier rooms. Nothing on the hotel website explains the difference other than the price. After many tries the hotel finally explained that the Premier rooms have been updated while the Deluxe rooms have not. I am wondering if I can get some more info about how "old" these Deluxe rooms really are? Are the bathrooms below par for a 5 star hotel? Other comments? Is it worth it to pay the extra $25/night to get the Premier rooms.
We would like to book the Deluxe room but we wanted to know what the cost would be for adding lounge access to our booking? We could not find that on the hotel website.
Does the hotel provide a device in the room to check email and check flight status etc. I seem to recall that their Riverside property does that. We do not upgrade to club room so I am wondering how to check on that. We leave our cell phones and tablets home.
