this is the response of the manager of the hotel! "I was the duty manager and am very sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay. We arranged for you a new room immediately (which you failed to mention in the review), for the return trip to the airport to be free, and for a free meal in COMO with a free bottle of Prosecco. We have 24 hour porters which you declined to use. I personally believed at the time that you were satisfied and am not sure what more we could have done." I was never invited at the restaurant as I was offered by you! how could you say that I ate at your restaurant?? the prosecco never reached my second room! as per the free trip back to the airport, it is a courtesy of the hotel so what did you do for me Jalta? nothing!! just making my stay in your hotel miserable! as per the porters...I never declined their services, there was no porter in site and actually the next day when I went to take the elevator a group of chinese people checking in had to take their luggage with them since there was no one to take luggage to their rooms!!
