Do you operate an airport shuttle service or alternatively, can you arrange transfers from the airport to Holiday Inn Express?
I heard from several friends that you got a horrible bad working WLAN system! It seems not suitable for any effective use of data transfer. Even receiving and sending emails turns out to be a real torture! Apparently, even your staff is frustrated by the host of complaints they receive several times a day. If this is true, how come a hotel with your fine reputation is not able to provide this basic service? This is not rocket science! Better charge a fee and provide adequate efficient WLAN.
