I read where some resorts have armed police at or near their beach area, probably not resorts doing. We have visited the area many times and have no problem with armed police at check points but feel at or near the resort would not be very relaxing. If you have recently visited this resort, was this the case.
Can someone please tell me if there is any Privacy in the bathroom at all or is it totally open concept. Is there a door on the bathroom? Thanks
Anyone experience the fishing tours? Or can recommend fishing tours in the area? Prices in cnd/us $ please.
My husband and I are going to Beloved in July to celebrate our anniversary. Could you tell me about the tipping policy. I have read varying reviews. Some report that tipping at point of service feels almost mandatory while others report opposite. What were your experience and observations. We like to tip for good service, but part of the reason we go all inclusive so that we don't have to constantly worry about keeping cash on us. We generally prefer to tip end of trip again so we don't have to worry about keeping cash on us. We have stayed at Secrets several times and have never felt obligated. Thanks!!
Hi. We are booked to go to beloved for 2 weeks in October but we’ve heard there are going to be some works/changes to restaurants etc. We booked here as the quiet, boutique style resort appealed to us and having stayed at excellence next door we had experienced the excellence service so we felt this ticked all our boxes. We’d like to know more about the planned changes and more importantly when are they going to be completed as we are concerned about noisy works going on when we are there?
I’m considering booking the casita suite with private pool but it doesn’t look like there are any loungers on the patio. I can see a bed but my husband is a big guy and I think it would be uncomfortable for both of us on it together. Do you think they would bring us a lounger if we asked or would it be ok if we took one from the beach? Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
