Does anyone know if the hotel has a room with a stand alone shower, not a shower over the bath? Thanks
I am looking to book this for next year as a family holiday as I have stayed at another Iberostar before and know how good they are. Please could you tell me whether there are lots of steps or hills, as my mum is 78 and can’t walk miles! Also, which tour operator did you use as Thomas Cook don’t do it?
Hi all - we are travelling there this month with our three year old. We are going half board so breakfast and dinner taken care of (and thought we could just do whatever for lunch - we have a family room so hopefully we can go to the store (is there one nearby?!!) and get stuff for sandwiches etc. What do people think we will need for spending money? WE are there just 5 days - I planned to take 400 euro. Thanks in advance
I would like to ask if the air conditioning in the rooms is controlled centrally or individually?
I would like to ask one question relating to the check-in.
Does the hotel at check-in ask for ID card / passport, which you have to leave for a quite while and you can pick up later?
I ask because I have a bad experience of leaving one identity card / passport at the reception.
