Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- _gilpa5Slater, IA39 contributionsInteresting. We were amazed with the variety of items that were related to clean. Very well done. Unique. You won’t find a museum like this any other place.Written 9 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - melwashere81Cleveland, TX1,206 contributionsAdmission gets you access to both the museum and the Fort Hall Replica. I posted a separate review of the fort. The museum is nice as well. There are beautiful murals on the walls and lots of historical artifacts to view. It isn't very big, so it only took about 30 minutes to walk through, but it was very informative.Written 28 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - melwashere81Cleveland, TX1,206 contributionsStopped here on our Idaho road trip and was pleasantly surprised. It's a replica of an old fort that you can walk through. There is a lot of signage explaining the history and where exactly the original Fort was located (it's not the current location). Some of the rooms you can enter but others you can only look in. It's actually part of the Bannock County Historical Museum, and admission gets you entry to both. We really enjoyed our visit and recommend to anyone traveling through Pocatello.Written 28 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Nikki11 contributionsWe had a great birthday party adventure here! Very relaxed atmosphere, lots of families and lots of fun! We sadly were at the end of the season so not many pumpkins to choose from still got some great little ones!Written 27 December 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - clarson2016Eureka Springs, AR822 contributionsThe Trinity Episcopal Church Is simply a stunning piece of history and architecture. It has been preserved very well. - Kathy DAlbuquerque, NM9 contributionsFor a small museum on a university campus, I thought it was thoughtfully arranged and very informative to an out of state visitor like me. The "This is Idaho" exhibit was a super presentation of the geological history of this area and gave me ideas for places to visit while in the state. The "Skulls" exhibit was very interesting as well. My new "fun fact" from the visit was learning about the existence of a Buzz-saw shark. I had never heard of such a creature and its dental work was fascinating! All in all, it was definitely worth my $5 (senior price) to spend an hour learning about this area.Written 26 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - LoveMyDodgeChubbuck, ID55 contributionsthis is a very old church in the style that churches used to be built leaving no doubt that it is a place of peaceful worship .... very refreshing to see today when so very many churches are built like multi-purpose rooms …….. I absolutely love this church ..Written 13 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- ReadRibbet763 contributionsWe had one night in Pocatello, so we sought out Old Town. Unfortunately, it was late afternoon and virtually nothing was open. I'm not sure even if things were open, there was much to do there. The Clark Street Alley had some interesting mural art which was accessible walking around, but we didn't see much else to capture our attention. In fact we kept wondering if we were in the right area since so little was happening. I would not make a significant effort to visit Old Town unless some big event is going on.Written 22 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - ReadRibbet763 contributionsPromised a lot of outdoor art by write ups of Old Town, the Clark Street Alley Mural was the only significant outdoor art in the area. You can park nearby and walk to the area. It is free and easy to take in the multiple continuous murals in this alley. They provide some good photo ops.Written 22 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Beth MProsperity, SC64 contributionsWe stopped by chance not even realizing this museum was there. It's small but very interesting, has a nice gift shop as well. I'd stop in again if in the area.Written 15 March 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- sierra p1 contributionWe have taken our kids (ages 5, 7, 9, 13) lots of times and they all have had a blast between lazier tag, mini golf, arcade and darts! 🎯 My husband and I got to do the crazy darts just us while the kids played in the arcade and we had a blast! The crazy darts had a lot of different kinds of games to play! Highly recommendedWritten 15 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - MastapoohbaEagle Mountain, UT3 contributionsThis is a good venue. Tournament went well. Lots of seating and score boards are big and can seen everywhere. - melwashere81Cleveland, TX1,206 contributionsTheir internet was down the day we arrived, so they couldn't take credit card payments for admission. They did let everyone in free with a small cash donation, which was nice. Only a few of the animals were out and about, so mostly all we did was walk around and look at the scenery. The whole zoo isn't very big to begin with, but they do appear to be adding on. I think had all the animals been in attendance, it would have been better, but it was just too hot for them. I don't blame them. It was too hot for me too!Written 27 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
