The people were dressed in the old style clothes and told you the stories of the past. We saw a huge mule and some cows. We were hoping to ride the train, but it only runs on Saturdays. The Peanut commission is a great place to learn about how peanuts are grown, harvested and processed. The grounds are quite as well. They have a great selection of anything PECAN as well as a great choice of salad dressings, marinades, jellies and more. I believe our guide's name was Hoyt and he was a mine of information. The owners obviously love what they do and the atmosphere is fun and exciting. Wish we lived closer.
