- Amy H86 contributionsAmazingly fun with the fam at Thanksgiving holidays! We have been many times but always live and enjoy it each and every timeWritten 18 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Laura M28 contributions2 families - 10 in total. Easy check-in! Had no problem finding lounge chairs. Had a great breakfast buffet. Did all the areas. Snorkelled, did the lazy river through the aviary, went to see the Otters & Marmosets. Dolphin experience was fun. We had Rose for the 2nd time in our life. We were with 5 people who had never experienced this before - lots of laughs. The endless slushy drinks/frozen treats were a huge hit. The eat any time and the choice of drinks was great. Lunch was also great in buffet style. The sand could use a good rake for garbage, but I cleaned a lot of it up around our area when we got there. The bathrooms are clean. The showers are nice at the end of the day. Towels are provided, with snorkels & wetsuits/vests. They even have plastic bags to bring home your wet stuff. The sunscreen provided needs to be applied every 1/2hr-hour. It washes off every time you get in the water. Don't forget to reapply often.Written 17 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- aimeejemmaGoole, UK96 contributionsAbsolutely fantastic! Being a huge Harry potter fan myself I loved every single minute from both universal and islands of adventure.
Diagon alley was my favourite. The theming absolutely unreal I was so happy!
Are at both 3 broomsticks and leaky cauldron we had a laugh at the 'English breakfast' but ate it and was tasty.if you are British....it's not a brekkie I'm warning you now ha.
It's expensive but you get so wrapped up in it all you don't care honestly!
I spent 90 dollars on a jumper from Scotland when I could've gone to Scotland at home ha but who cares! It was so much fun!
Absolutely brilliant definitely worth the visit can't wait to one day go back again!Written 25 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The Parade is outstanding but it appears spectators get their space about an hour before the parade starts, which resulted in a bit of chaos around certain areas. Plenty to do. Lots of Characters to see and meet. Food and drink expensive but plenty to choose from.Written 8 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - atyagiBengaluru, India453 contributionsUniversal Studios was an absolute blast! Stepping into the unreal world of Harry Potter was like entering a magical realm. From roaming in hogsmead to wandering through Diagon Alley, every detail transported me into the wizarding world.
The VelociCoaster was an adrenaline-pumping highlight. Zooming through twists and turns alongside dinosaurs was an exhilarating experience I won't forget.
But the fun didn't stop there. Every ride and attraction offered its own unique thrills, from heart-pounding adventures to family-friendly fun.
Overall, Universal Studios delivered an unforgettable day of excitement and wonder. Whether you're a Potterhead or a thrill-seeker, there's something for everyone to enjoy.Written 15 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. This was the last Disney World park that we hadn't been to together and we were excited to finally visit it. The park opens and closes earlier than the other parks because of the animals, so we got in early and were able to go on the safari early before it got too hot. Corra, the new baby elephant, was on the tour and she was just the cutest little elephant. The safari was great overall and it was so nice to see all of the animals. The rides are also very fun and we really enjoyed Expedition Everest and the Avatar Flight of Passage in particular. The animal treks were lovely and it was a nice change of pace to basically casually stroll through a zoo versus running from ride to ride.
Food and drinks at Animal Kingdom are fantastic and we loved the watermelon lemonade and mango-passioonfruit cheesecake at Harambe Market, Rum Blossom cocktail and Mo'ara margarita at Pongu Pongu, Prickly pear margarita at Dawa Bar, and everything at Tiffins. Animal Kingdom is a great hybrid of amusement park and zoo and it's one we will definitely visit again!Written 4 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Jose helped us with Sky coaster and with entertaining the little ones on multiple rides!Written 10 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - westbrook21Malton, UK138 contributionsECOT still has the magic of the Disney but aside from Test Track and Guardians of the Galaxy (which is fantastic) it doesn't really have any thrill rides. World showcase is cool but the whole vibe of the park is just a bit strange.Written 12 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - wpv3New Orleans, Louisiana158 contributionsVery crowded and easy to get turned around. Lots of shops, eatery's and interesting to just people watch. If you like to shop then head over to Disney Springs.Written 13 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - wpv3New Orleans, Louisiana158 contributionsWhile the crowds were heavy, Disney manages to channel people in and out with little outward visibility. The attractions are still interesting, food overall was good, and the service professional and attentive.Written 13 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Laura M28 contributions2 Families all ages. We all had a blast in this park. The Orca show (controversial, I know) was informative and a huge learning experience for the people who will never see one in the wild. The Sea Lion show was another comedic entertaining experience. The mime before the show has become and internet phenomenon and kept us laughing before the show. The dolphin show was full of energy and talent. The nursery had a few babies in it to see. There were a few manatees - from tiny to massive. The Arctic was closed and the Penguin area is closed too.
Finally got to ride the log ride! All the coasters were running, and they are building a new one. Sesame Place had some rides closed and doesn't have enough shade for the parents waiting and watching their kids. The splash pad was a great spot to cool off. Infinity Falls was closed, it has a lot of mechanical problems. The tunnel aquarium was a fun experience with everyone in our group. Petting the sting rays was a huge highlight too. This park takes a lot of flack, but the amount of information you gain from the exhibits far surpasses the historical downfall. They work more on rescue, rehabilitation and re entry than they ever have!
Major downfall was kid lost a hat on the grover coaster, the employee wouldn't go and get it, we could see it at the back corner of the coaster in the fenced in yard. They said check with lost and found before we leave the park. Lost & Found was closed after customer service telling us to go there. We came back another day and it was still closed all day, and the hat wasn't by the coaster, so how we are going to get it back is a mystery. Would have taken 30 seconds for the operator to go grab it.Written 17 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Putting that aside though, this is a fantastic water park. Great slides, especially Crush n Gusher, world class wave pool, fun shipwreck theming, and DOKE WHIP! I’m not sure if they’re still selling the Hei Hei Cones anymore, but if they are you gotta try one! It’spretty much pineapple and raspberry dole whip. Be warned, if you’re not a strong swimmer, be careful in the wave pool…this one isn’t for the faint of hearts, it gets pretty intense, I once got a black eye in that pool as a kid.Written 18 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
