What travellers are saying
- Masterjedi K1 contributionI’ll say it once, I’ll say it again. This place is super awesome. First of all the bar tender name Gavin it not a bar tender, he is truly an artist when it come to making drinks. If or when you come the this bar/ restaurant ask for him. You won’t be disappointed👍👍😀Written 15 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Deborah O14 contributionsWe loved the caves! We went into 3 caves, all were great, loved the lake cave! Our tour guide was great! They had a gift shop and a place to order food and drinks.Written 17 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Olga DSan Antonio, TX156 contributionsGorgeous water, but just a tad too congested once the cruisers arrive! Water is packed with people. Two chairs and an umbrella are $30 US not bad but, a 12 oz pina coloda is $20US! It was great for a one day experience, but then we chose to stay on the south end of SMB outside of our Airbnb for no crowds and convenience!Written 16 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Paul TompkinsSpokane, WA11 contributionsThis is a small gem of a place. We got there by taxi, the best way to go. We started with a tasting that included most of their products. We really enjoyed their 7 Fathoms rum. Their other rums and liqueurs were delicious as well. We were then given a tour of the distillery.
There was, of course, an opportunity to buy their products but there was no pressure to do so. And, they let us know how we could get their rum in the states.
The young man leading the tour was friendly and outgoing. Everyone there made sure we felt welcome.
If you are interested in spirits, it is a great place to try.Written 25 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Extremely knowledgeable about the history, plants, and animals. There are a large number of beautiful plants and you will see several blue iguanas roaming the grounds in addition the the ones present in the conservation center.
The only thing to keep in mind is the park is about 45 minutes from seven mile beach so you need a rental car or arrange for a taxi to take you and pick you up before hand and that can be a bit expensive.Written 13 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Good snorkeling but can get rough around the 2 rock formations because you have water rushing in and out from waves.Written 17 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Happy Mamma786 contributionsA fun thing to do, but probably better with kids. We enjoyed petting a turtle and seeing the croc and birds as well. I appreciate their contribution to ecology.Written 18 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Deborah O14 contributionsBeautiful beach, good parking, shower and bathrooms, snorkeling was ok, had to go far out to see anything. Good places for shade on beach, not overly crowded.Written 17 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Deborah O14 contributionsGreat seeing starfish, lots of tours there, not as many starfish as pictured. Too many people taking the starfish out of the water, leave them in the water and take pictures.Written 17 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - M MUnited States393 contributionsWe visited Pedro St. James on our own, and thoroughly enjoyed our tour, which began with a movie regarding the history of the location and inhabitants. Wonderful setting and might enjoy wine and dinner there next time. Definitely worth a visit!Written 23 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- natster6Peru, IL54 contributionsWe spent the day. Parking is available, porta potties, picnic tables, shade, chickens. The sand is beautiful, the water clear. The waves were very big today! Not too crowded. Spent some time walking along Seven Mile Beach. Did not attempt snorkeling due to rough water. It was a very enjoyable day.Written 20 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- SteveDGTNorthborough, MA702 contributionsWe dove this wreck with Red Sail Sports as part of a two tank dive. Fantastic dive. We got to enter the wrench and swim down the hallways of the ship. Photo moment at the wheel of the ship. Great experience.Written 11 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
