What travellers are saying
- David LBarnstaple, UK38 contributionsWorth the money!
Great views of the stunning surroundings.
Lots of steps together to the best vantage points but it is worth the effort.Written 10 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - James GBirkenhead, UK635 contributionsThis place was truly a labour of love,a lifetime's work, for the man who created it.Amazing attention to detail, especially inside the countless rooms and shops. We visited as part of a coach-trip to Guadalest from our hotel in Benidorm:this meant that we were able to access this museum and others at reduced cost.Written 17 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - goldeneagle69Telford, UK122 contributionsVery interesting museum set in one of the most beautiful towns in Spain. The miniatures are mind-blowing. The only reason for 4* is because for somebody who wears glasses it can be quite difficult to see everything as intended. This was a bit frustrating, but that's my problem, not theirs.Written 26 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - TheShisTel Aviv, Israel39,612 contributionsThis is a stunning view point of the surrounding mountains, but even more so - the freakishly blue reservoir in the valley below.
It's the best photo-op place in the entire village.Written 3 October 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It is a totally unique museum with so many variations of salt and pepper shakers. Well worth a look at 3 euros entry.Written 21 October 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- MischaNorth West England, UK69 contributionsThis was our second visit, and we had fun seeing it again. Not a huge museum, but it’s very fun to visit and see the horrific items of torture inside!Written 13 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Aditya P9 contributionsYou have to pass through this house to get to the castle, there is no other way to the castle. But you get to see how the Orduna family lived.Written 1 December 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- pennyj0nOrihuela Costa, Spain8 contributionsWe did the easiest level walk, took about 2 hours and 15 mins, start by crossing the bridge rather than the other way around!Written 10 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Nanna VReykjavik, Iceland12 contributionsA real-life experience, tools, photos and items from a bygone time. Very educational for my kids, and for anyone who thinks that life was simple and easy back in the day. I believe this is the only free entry place of interest in Guadalest.Written 14 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - MischaNorth West England, UK69 contributionsWalking around Jávea is amazing, the architecture is historical and really impressive. Guadalest is beautiful! - TheShisTel Aviv, Israel39,612 contributionsDespite knowing what to expect, our jaws dropped when we saw the view from this view point.
It's as if someone took a brush and painted the view - the high mountains partially enveloped in clouds, but more impressively - the water reservoir which features stunningly blue hues that need to be seen to be believed.
