- Karman S1 contributionWen we arrived, the customs line was extremely busy. We were lucky to get out within 45 min. I tried to contact the company and the driver of the situation immediately to apprise them of a possible delay. They made it seem like they would leave if I was past the hour allotted. It was very stressful. Luckily we were able to get out and found the driver. Even though I’ve already paid for the service to the hotel, the driver solicited for a tip. I was going to give him a tip for waiting but after soliciting for it, I felt like it was a high pressure moment. I was out of the airport and in my transport very fast and I like that because I was also in a hurry! - garyseigelSouth Pasadena, CA6 contributionsVery disappointed. We used it for the on off bus, which was lousy. We had to wait long periods at stops for people to get on, and the first trip around the city wasn't that interesting. Would have preferred hitting all the hot top spots. We signed up for three tours. The evening tapas night tour was poorly led. We could barely hear him. Too many people, and we didn't stop and see various food places. He had no charisma. There was a stop at the end to taste two tapas. I mean, not much of a tapas tour. The next day I was given directions to the Park, so this is partly my fault, but we took the on off bus to the park, not realizing it would drop us off at the wrong entrance. No taxi would take us to where we needed to go so, we missed the entire tour and could not get into the park. We tried calling, but no one answered. We also took the tour of the La Sagrada . Tour leader was excellent. We used it to get admission to the hospital and afterwards tried to use our ap to get into the Picasso museum, but it was only good for tours. I also think the ap did not have simple explanations of anything. It should state which museums you get into and which ones do not apply. It should have mentioned the problem with the two entrances into the park, etc. And frankly, the tours should be smaller. Too many people. The scale and precision is impressive. It was easy to use, but we recommend to read the explanation how to us the pass well.
All important attractions are included and the hop on hop off bus ticket was a big plus too. Our personal highlight was the Paella cooking class, lots of fun and great guide.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and they ensured that I was fully informed about everything I needed to know before booking.
The van itself was in excellent condition and was exactly as described. It was well-maintained, comfortable, and had all the features I needed for my trip.
I highly recommend booking with them to anyone looking to book a top-quality Mercedes van. They are professional, reliable, and offer excellent value for money.
