Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

superb experience! Roger, Cruise Vessel Captain was so knowledgeable. Cruise Vessel was not crowded and being to stand on the top viewing deck was wonderful!

This trip was one of the best trips we have done in a long time. Our tour guide, Kat, was fabulous. The pick-up was on time. We set off from Sydney to the Blue Mountains. Kat was a mine of information, making our journey very enjoyable. She told us loads of information about Australia, the wildlife, etc. She was an encyclopedia of knowledge about the area. At the blue mountains, the views were spectacular. The 3 Sisters. The cable cars were so great. We stopped for a great lunch. Then, we went to Featherdale Wildlife Park. A chance to see koalas and feed kangaroos and wallabies. We then had a boat ride back to the city. We would highly recommend this trip, and it will be a bonus if you have Kat as your guide

Fantastic day tour. ROD our tour guide was AWESOME. Fun, friendly and gave us lots of interesting facts. Great mix of things to see and do. The Blue Mountains are beautiful, Scenic World rides through the forest/hills were fun with great views. Loved the Zoo, got a pic with a Koala. Then finished off with a ride back on the ferry. Excellent value.

Today I went to a Great Ocean Road tour and had the best time with our tour guide Lucy. She is the smartest, nicest, funniest and the prettiest tour guide ever. We saw many beautiful views, took a few nice walks and saw koalas. In the morning Lucy treated us with a delicious cake and hot drinks. Must do while in Melbourne!

The boat was very clean and comfortable. Staff were professional and friendly, everyone wanted to help passengers remain safe and have a good time. There was aplenty of food and available water and sunscreen. The reef was spectacular! The only challenge was that there were a lot of people in the water so we had to swim farther out to avoid the crowd.

Rain rain rain. It added to the experience and more waterfalls (apparently temporary and only last 24 hours) . We saw lots of them and a colony of seals. To get to the falls you go on a boat and bus. The cruise was a bit more crowded than the Milford cruise. We had an MC who did his job in earnest. Would have preferred less commentary but others may have liked it. BYO lunch or buy at the cafe on board. The hot chocolates were the go.
If you have a choice, may be pick the PM tour as it gives the clouds a chance to lift.
Lots of sand flies at the fiord. Take repellent.

I cannot say enough good things about this trip. From our guide Blair to the winary's, we went to the tastings and the food! exceptional at each one. But the family-owned vineyard at Yileena Park was the best—not just the wines, but Alex, your guide, and his wife (Ann), I think. Apologies if this is incorrect. His passion and knowledge of winemaking and the accompanying cheeses, smoke trail mix, and olives just enhanced everything. This tour was planned for us by Craig, the owner of Yarra Valley Touring Company, and he hit it right on the head. He picked us up at the cruise terminal, stored our luggage in the back of the van, then took us off to Yarra Valley. We had a cheese tasting, a wine tasting, lunch at Chandon, and then finished at the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery. Then on to the airport. This is the only way to go!

This was the coolest trip i have done in our time on bora Bora! Roberto was the Best Guide, so funny and showed us many cool things under water like sticky sea cucumber 😄 swimming with Rays and Sharks, a beautiful coral garden and an incredibly delicious lunch at a beautiful Spot including a very funny coconut-opening lesson (the two guides were even an entertainment themselves) made it an absolute perfect day!! I would always do it again and recommend it to everyone!

    Wonderful Tour, Exceptional Tour Guide

Mick was our tour guide for the day and wowed us with his local knowledge and enthusiasm for sharing it ! We learned so much in an interesting way about Australian history , Sydney history and of course about the Aboriginal peoples . Additionally Mick watched out for us, made sure we stayed safe and comfortable.

The included delicious breakfast sandwich and a perfect cup of flat white coffee was perfect and in the beautiful Blue Mountain Town of Glenbrook. We were awed by a perfect view of the three sisters , and the forest valley below . The rain forest walk is a must do and we were amazed at the beauty of the forest trees and plants.

Lunch was great and the Featherdale Wildlife park is a must see . We never saw so many Koalas in one place at one time , and enjoyed feeding the kangaroos.

Fabulous trip. Staff great on board commentary was informative, not too heavy, gave lots of interesting insight into the formation etc. Take clothing as suggested, you might need them all, don’t underestimate how windy and cool it can be, especially if you choose to be outside to get the full experience. ps. you can always stay inside too if you wish, or flit between the two. Well recommend.

    Bula!!!

We just came the day before from a 12hr flight, we have to wake up early to go to the port before the 8:30 registration. Although we only started by 9:30, no issues since we got to eat light breakfast by Cardo's. All crew (headed by Paul) are the most friendliest and hospitable people I have met. We came from the Philippines with the same beautiful set of isles but we have all agree that Fiji is one of a kind and has it's unique charm that cannot be compared with Thailand, Indonesia or Philippines. Do plan ahead and monitor the weather to better enjoy the tour. Good thing for us, the day of our tour day is sunny!!!!

The reef near the sandbar is the best for snorkeling, must try to jump off the boat, and slowly enjoy tour lunch and siesta in monuriki island (filming location of Tom Hank's Castaway).

Will definitely recommend to everyone whose pressed with time but wants to enjoy the best day.

    Welcome Home!
