Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The half day elephant experience was excellent. The staff were incredibly attentive and took the time to explain about the elephants and answer any questions.
The feeding, walking and then washing of the elephants was a great experience allowing us to interact with the magnificent animals.
Overall the experience was excellent and it is evident that the staff put the animals welfare before tourism.

ST did an AWESOME job giving us a tour around the island. His English is very good and he writes down any words that are new for him so he is continually expanding and increasing his English. Very nice gentleman and great historian. Would definitely do a tour again with him. And he took us to an excellent restaurant in a hotel that was outstanding food for very reasonable prices.

Lat was a fantastic teacher. She is so kind and welcoming, and the food was delicious. Come hungry! The farm itself is very cool, and it was interesting to learn about aquaponics and see all the different herbs, fruits, and growing methods.

Quite disappointing. Pick up on time, pleasant trip to the boat by car for an hours journey. However, on arrival at the long tail boat there were no facilities whatsoever. This resulted in a further car journey to the nearest toilet prior to boarding the boat. Snorkeling stop good. Pig Island was very busy and if you are slightly unsteady on your feet/legs you will struggle to get off the boat as no quayside and small ladder only. Command of the English language non existent from our guides. Returned early as my wife could not get off the boat on pig Island.

One of the best organised day activities we did on Koh Samui - well worth shelling out for. A good selection of terrains and road types, friendly and helpful staff, always watching out to ensure safety. Z10 felt well maintained. Hard not to have fun. Waterfall staircase a bit of a climb on the return - would probably suck if it was hotter. Lunch plentiful. The temple looks dilapidated by Thai standards and I wondered if there might be some better options but most likely this has been thought through plenty enough.

Also really liked the return transfer song thaow style through the backroads to Lamai.

Top value for money. The guide spoke good English, and was knowledgeable about tour sites. The driver was on time for morning pickup and the van was air conditioned. Great way to get out for half a day and see some of the island district/provinces, temples and viewpoints just stunning. Some local stalls along the way for keepsakes or gifts. Do try the Coconut Ice Cream, it hits the spot!

We had a great time and learned so much. The market visit was educational and fun; set-up was very comfortable and efficient; the instruction clear; and the food we made delicious. But, best of all, everyone who helped us was a delight.

We love Thai food and were excited to take a cooking class while in Thailand. It was interesting to go to the market and learn about the different curry options as well as the seafood. The outdoor kitchen was great and the whole experience from making our own coconut milk to the preparation of the delicious dishes, was fabulous.
Come with a hearty appetite! Transportation to and from our hotel was a definite positive. We look forward to making these dishes when we return to the states as the recipes will be emailed to us. Highly recommend!!

Brilliant communication from Mr Tony. Trip was amazing, elephants really looked after and if they don’t want to do something they are not forced to do so. Staff all really polite, our guide was very knowledgable and spoke very good English. Food they served was absolutely lovely and plenty of snacks provided. Definitely worth it

We booked this trip but the weather turned bad. The operator reached out to me and offered a late cancellation and refund. He did not have to do that since the terms did not require it. It was very thoughtful and generous of them and I would not hesitate to book again next time with an operator with so much integrity.

My wife and I had a wonderful day with Palm and our driver for our private 4x4 tour. Just like the picture, you can sit buckled in on top of the cab! We were going to do an around the island tour and saw what was included. It was more city and temples. After 3 weeks in Thailand, we were templed out. This tour went up into the mountains plus we saw a lot of the island. We saw waterfalls, stunning views and a stop at this cool cafe in the middle of the jungle in a tree house! it's called Treehouse Coffee I think. This is not an ATV tour, rather a 4x4 jeep tour. For us this was nice because you can concentrate on the views rather than driving. We highly recommend!

We had such a good time on this zip line trip. The staff was really fun and used our phones to take some really cool videos.

There were 2-3 really long runs and some fun short ones. The cafe in the trees was a great end to the trip.

I would highly recommend making this part of your itinerary in Koh Samui!

We were picked up around nine in the morning and drove to the base camp, where we received helmets and instruction on how to operate our vehicle. You have the choice when booking to go for a quad (one person) or a buggy (two people). Our first stop was at a great view overlooking the island followed by a drive to one of the local waterfalls, at which we were able to go for a swim. We then drove to the jungle restaurant for lunch, then a short trip to the temple at the highest point on the island. After enjoying the scenery, we returned to the base camp around two in the afternoon.

The tour guides were extraordinarily professional and always concerned for our safety, so rest assured that they will take good care of you. The rides in between each point of interest were fun to maneuver around in the quad - even if you've never ridden in one, like my wife, it is very easy to learn and become a good driver within an hour. Just to mention, if you want to focus more on scenery, perhaps a buggy is more suited for you as it does take more concentration to maneuver some of the off-road in the quad.

Overall, this is a wonderful experience for beginners and veteran ATV riders alike!
