They are great with communication and messaged the day before.
On the day it was an easy process on arrival.
The boat was great, clean and easy to navigate with a clean toilet.
The staff really are awesome with loads of info and updates. They cant do enough for you. Lots of drinks on offer, wine, beer, water and soft.
The buffet was nice, a little manic for 21 people but it works out and food is topped up.

He provide laughter and detailed information about what to expect on the journey to the restaurant. To see sunset in the presence of Mount Teide in such beautiful surroundings was amazing. The sunset did not last long but it was a wonderful way to see it. The tour operators provided jackets which most welcomed because it was colder than we expected.,si be sure to wrap up warm.
The astronomer, Keiran gave an interesting and humorous talk about the different stars and planets.
Observing the stars and planets through a telescopic was a wow, wow, wow experience, that is not to missed.

They are very committed to showing as much as possible during the trip. Guy put us at ease immediately and I would highly recommend!😊👏 The trip itself was great, lovely food & drinks onboard, we got to see whales up really close and respectfully. Staff excellent. Informative. Safety excellent. Saw lots of whales. Food and drink good quality.

- Shane S11 contributionsAbsolutely amazing experience. Probably best iv ever done. Definitely get your moneys worth. Hours of quad biking. Stunning views. Friendly & informative hosts. Very well organised. Definitely would recommend. My top tip is to listen to the hosts when they offer jackets. Wear them it was 29° but when close to the peak it's freezing. Watching the sunset with some incredible views. Professional photos taken for just €20 you get access to all ones taken. Bus - 40ish people - had great AC though seats a bit tight for bigger folks. Big windows.
We took in Icod de last Vinos, Garachico, Mascara & Teide, with appropriate amounts of time at each.
Guide was knowledgeable & approachable.
The real hero of the day was the driver (Xavi/Ravi?) for handling the narrow & winding roads on the west side of the trip. I'd have been a nervous wreck..

The staff members at Tenerife First Excursions were very professional and informative. We were shown a large range of boats to choose from. We eventually chose the Moonday boat from Puerto Colon, which we were able to experience an hour after paying. The staff member at the port was lovely and gave us plenty of information to feel safe at sea with our 7 month old. We had amazing views of the island along with great music due to Bluetooth. Although there was snorkelling equipment on board, we didn’t use this as we had to look after our baby but would be great for travellers without children. Everything from start to finish was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better trip! We will definitely use Tenerife First Excursions again in the future. - Duran F1 contributionGreat afternoon, when other reviews say the crew on board looked after you there not lying. From helping my disabled mother on board, to keep my 7 year old entertained for the whole trip, to getting my teenage boy to join in. I mean they have it all covered. Food was good and reasonably priced and drinks were free. Saw whales and jumped in the sea felt very safe. Get on board and enjoy the fun, we did and we will certainly be back.
