Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- KrisenOlifantsfontein, South Africa8 contributionsEnjoyed the food at the restaurant and the wine tasting. The cheese platter was delicious. My only suggestion is that management employ more staff during peak periods as there was only one person serving all guests at the wine tastingWritten 23 December 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I had no idea this museum exiting and actually went back again on Sunday but alas they were closed.
There were too many memorable goodies in the store to take in, but as I associated the items with fond distant memories, it really was a blast from the past.
I guess what made it special for me was I used to work in a Trading Store in Zimbabwe during the early 70’s so that’s what made it so memorable for me.Written 18 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Chantelch2 contributionsMy partner and I did the half day ride to see the Bushmen paintings. Unathi was an excellent guide and helped us navigate and control the horses up very steep slopes and rocky terrains. It was an enduro ride on horseback!
We saw splendid views, took pics and the highlight was the Bushmen paintings - so well preserved! We were fascinated! Really was an awesome experience. The horses are so fit and strong and climb the hills like champs. We really rate this experience.Written 26 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
