Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Christine CBinghamton, NY23 contributionsWalked there every day to take in the view. Something very special. The tile work, walkways, and the beautiful Mediterranean cannot be replicated.Written 20 October 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - melissak014Littleton, CO122 contributionsThe artist that creates these magnificent ceramic pieces is named Fabio. His work is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! I had walked into about 10 other ceramic stores prior to his and from the minute I walked in, I told my husband,” I’m going to purchase all my ceramic artwork HERE!” Fabio’s creations were unique and exquisite. I absolutely loved his work and Fabio’s kindness was as beautiful as his creations! He securely bubble wrapped all of my pieces SO WELL that they all survived the rest of my trip and the long plane ride back to the US. Thank you Fabio for having created such beautiful pieces that we will cherish forever! Thank you again for your incredible kindness!Written 6 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- rapster63London, UK6 contributionsBefore I review the experience itself, it is important that anyone considering going should look at its location, as the drive from anywhere south of Amalfi will be at least 35 minutes, and from where we were in Furore was nearly an hour. Also, when we went at 9:15pm on Tuesday, we were the only clients so I cannot speak of the potential ambience. However, what I can say is that the overall quality of the food, accompanying drinks, and the presentation was very high, and in my view worthy of at least 1 michelin star. Yes, the portions aren't exceptionally generous and some of the dishes quite complex, but at least my partner and I thought, the overall delivery was very high, and worthy of the expensive price point.Written 17 July 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - LimeonadeLjubljana, Slovenia141 contributionsA perfect place to take a break if you are travelling along the Amalfi coast. You will learn about the ceramics and it's history in the region (spoiler alert: the craft was introduced by foreigners) and you will enjoy a nice scenic walk among the buildings. There's not too much to see, but that's why you'll find it refreshing. Just bring a panino and a drink with you as there's no bar or restaurant on site or in the vicinity.Written 22 June 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Very scenic and wonderful old streets and storefronts.
Many stores and restaurants to choose from.
Great deals in many stores as there are not a lot of tourists compared to other areas.
Had a great Cappucino right on the main street and enjoyed the people watching!
