Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

So beautiful and historic, the collection is both educational and breathtaking.

Old art deco building which you can definitely go in and check out Monday thru Friday, has a historic wing too (on left side), but not open, guard told me closed "indefinitely", still building is nice to explore and it's marble staircases.Written 22 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The architecture of the mid century house was amazing. During the tour you learn about the history of the original owner and his family, the acquisition of the property, the architect and the actual construction. Of interest was learning about family life in the house during the 50's and 60's in Hawaii. A very enjoyable tour.Written 19 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Dave SOmaha, NE202 contributionsNicely restored building with a small gift shop and restrooms. There was a table at the entrance about tours but there was no one there. Worth a few minutes stop.Written 18 July 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
