A wonderful display of native totem poles, a nice walk through the woods to a stream where we observed salmon and a very nice park building where they show a video telling of the history of Sitka, Highly recommend.

It was fascinating to see these creatures up close and neat to see people working so diligently at helping these majestic birds heal and return to nature.
We took the free shuttle to town from our cruise ship, walked through Sitka National Historic Park and then to the Raptor Center where we saw several bad eagles, including one in the wild.

On the way back we walked along the road, very scenic by the water to Whale Park and again caught the bus for $2 back (day pass on the buses is $5).
