We booked a picnic experience which comes with a bottle of wine, sadly the weather was very hot so we instead sat on a comfy sofa and enjoyed our wine and cheese indoors. The selection of meats and cheese was amazing and they were all very delicious. The white wine was crisp and refreshing on that hot summers day too. The staff member was extremely bubbly and made us feel at ease. He also had a wealth of knowledge on briar wine and wine as a whole. We had a great time and they were able to tell us all about the build of the wines. We gained all kinds of new insights into wine tasting and making by visiting a variety of different great vineyards. We can highly recommend booking a tour with Pippa - she's the best!
