Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What a beautiful spot this is! The staff were very friendly and the visitor's centre was an interesting place to explore. The best parts, however, were outdoors - the ruins and the incredible views!

We almost had this charming spot to ourselves. It isnt market at all so we drove past a few times before asking a local. So glad we did. There is a small river meanding into the sea across a pebbly beach. Surrounded by forest and rocky outcrops.

Our fault - we didn't reserve in advance but honestly apart from the location it didn't look that exciting. Very few treed lots and really small lots for the most part. The office was closed for lunch so we waited around with the hope we could book in for an evening - seeing there were quite a few vacant spots. A lady with motor home ahead of us was also waiting for the return from lunch and had made a reservation weeks prior. When the office opened - late - we were informed there was nothing available. Odd, it didn't look booked up but who knows? The lady with the motor home was informed the spot she had reserved was not available and she would have to take a much smaller, less impressive site. She was quite tee' d off to put it mildly. They did offer us the "overflow" - a small parking lot off to the side for half price - with no services or trees so we declined and drove on.
