This was our first experience at Ole Smoky Moonshine and was wonderful. These people made you feel right at home, made you laugh and gave you a drinking experience that was phenomenal. We stuffed our luggage with moonshine bottles that almost didn’t make luggage weight at the airport. We really enjoyed “Miami” as our bartender. Did a great job with the moonshine tasting experience. Lavin and Rainie ran the checkout counter and were extremely helpful with getting us all packed up and ready for travel. Made us laugh and feel like family. We are returning in May 2025 and this will be one of our first stops. Thanks again Ole Smoky Moonshine, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of you. See you soon!

The views are impressive. The bridge was open but we were unable to exit due to construction of the new observation patio on the other side.

We took three kids, two six year olds and a four year old. We got there when it opened and avoided a long line. The gondola takes longer if you choose a closed in one. They loved the decorations, bridges and especially playing in the bird houses. We had to pry them out of there. There is not an exit below them so we were able to rock and listen to the band. We ate at the restaurant with amazing views and were surprised at how good the food and service were. We are openly food snobs. We came down the mountain on the truck instead of the gondolas. When we got to the bottom, it was closer to 5pm, and the line was very long to get in. I guess people come later so they can drink and maybe Astra Lumina. I'm glad we went early. We liked it so much, we are going again at the end of the week for Thanksgiving break.

On our journey from Florida to Gatlinburg, my family and I drove through the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and it was truly breathtaking. The stunning views left us in awe of the natural beauty surrounding us.

The winding roads were well-designed, making it manageable to haul our 32-ft Jayco trailer, though I must admit the drive had me gripping the wheel tightly at times. Despite that, it was worth it.

I highly recommend taking the time to drive through this incredible park. Be sure to pause at the scenic overlooks to take in the views and, if possible, explore the trails to immerse yourself in the beauty of the Smokies. It’s an experience you won’t forget!

Only went to Snow Tubing on Thanksgiving break. Lines were long and because of the cold, people would slide farther and some hit the security wall. Because of that they had to put extra, extra, extra break rugs which took about 30 minutes of our allotted time up there. We waited for a long time in the cold but really enjoyed the activity. We could only go 3 times because our time went up even though half of that time was used to take extra security measures... It is fake snow but still snow! Ice or whatever they use, it will be very cold. If no accidents had happened, we could have enjoyed more time to go over and over again. It was really fun. The rest of the activities were really packed. We were able to get to the top of the mountain by car which we recommend 100% instead of taking the lifts...

What a hidden find in Gatlinburg! We hadn't read about the city before we visited so this was a fun place to see. The little kiddos got donuts and the adults sat and chatted and just walked around. It felt like we were in the old parts of European cities! Would recommend at least just to walk through.

Wasn't planning on doing the Wine Trail, but when we went into the second stop Adriana was so pleasant and friendly. Myself and future son-in-law enjoy all her knowledge and ways of what we could add to the wines. She talked about the other spots on the trail and said if we decided to purchase to come and see her at the outlet on Friday she would be there. So we did go and see her. We was standing in line for tasting and when she seen us she motioned us over.. We tried some wine and walked out with 4 bottles that day. Thank You Adriana, can't wait to come back and see you next year..

Amazing view of Gatlinburg. Parking is limited at this overlook, so try to get there in morning and preferably on a sunny clear day.

LOVED Donnie! He made our entire experience 100% worth it. Our 7 month old had so much fun seeing all of the cars and simulators. Donnie even had our son sit on the car for a picture! Will be back every year!
