Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

About six years ago, I went to this church, which is recommended to me by some friends. The welcome alone made you feel this is the home.folks were Extremely friendly the service was inspiring and lasted a little over an hour and then after church, the congregation went upstairs for snacks, and just fellowship where folks chatted with each other. I felt loved. The music was awesome, they had a live band. I subsequently became a member in 2017.Last year, 2022,First Presbyterian Church of Brooklyn celebrated 200 years of ministry in the Brooklyn Heights area of new York city. There are so many programs at this church. There is a community fridge outside where folks can carry food and those who need will take. There is also a food pantry every Thursday morning from around 9 AM; there are many programs for both old and for young.check us one Sunday at 11 am, 10am July and August. I truly love this church many races many colors many orientations, no discrimination.

This Pastor knows his stuff. You are sure to get a healthy dose of Bible preaching. If you get a chance, check it out. If I lived in Brooklyn this is where I would attend. Friendly people great preaching.

I was surprised to find this unusual church while wandering Brooklyn Heights. There are not many examples of such a parish. Art inside is just lovely.

This church is very diverse and has a nice worship service filled with different singing (hymns and praise songs) as well as traditional aspects. If you are in the area and looking for a place to visit, you should stop in.

St.Augustine Roman Catholic church located in the prime location of Brooklyn is a hidden jewel of the city . Walking by yesterday I noticed the imposing exterior of this church and since the lights were on inside the church , I decided to go inside - the entrance on the 6 th Avenue . The breathing beauty of the interiors , the stained glass work , the ceiling and the alter cast a spell . The service at 9 am on Friday was on and I just sat there , feeling the divinity and peace all around me . This church has a long history dating 1881 when the lot was bought for $ 50000/- and the work began which lasted 3 years and the cost was $ 43 000/- . The faithfuls added more as when the devotees put their efforts . Surrounded by the Brownstone neighborhood ,it has the service hours on Sunday and other days if you look at the website . The entire vast area inside the church is covered by the beautiful sculpted Holy figures and the awesome wood work . The shrine invokes your prayers from heart . A must look place if you are in a Brooklyn.

Our Lady of Angels is a Roman Catholic Church in Bay Ridge Brooklyn. This is a lovely large church. The style of the church and stain glassed windows are beautiful. My daughter’s High School graduation took place in that lovely church. I will visit again for a regular Mass.

Founded in 1909 and built in 1923 in a Late Gothic Revival Style, this Roman Catholic church has an organ from 1922 which was rebuilt in 2005. Some interesting stained glass. Services both in English and Spanish. The church is on the National Register of Historic Places. This area of Flatbush Ave is ok, really.
