Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had to visit here whilst in NYC, it was really busy and packed with people. The lights were amazing though so worth to visit albeit brief. The souvenir shops however were very overpriced there are other places to buy at more reasonable prices so don’t just think it’s USA pricing.

If i was rich, I’d live there. Superb? I felt as if Fred Astaire were on my arm, or Gene Kelly dancing me down the street—just dancing, or singing in the rain.

This park houses one of the many Christmas Markets scattered across Manhattan. I stopped by here on the way to the Empire State building so the market wasn't going yet. There were quite a few interesting things located between the stalls like statues and information boards. The winter village also had an ice skating ring, which many of the others didn't.
I quite liked the walk through the park within a bustling city.

The show exceeded our expectations. The singing and acting was exceptional.
The theatre - studio 54, is an iconic heritage building creates a great atmosphere. Comfortable but not large seats, minimal leg or aisle room.

Wicked...What can you say? This was a great show & brilliant cast and a great performance. We had near on the best seats in the house (Front row Mezzanine) But in that there was the only possible complaint of the night. I'm 5'8" and I had no leg room. God forbid that a tall bloke was sitting in the vicinity. Next time I'll opt for the the front row orchestra (It was an option that I could have taken, so it's all on me).

Loved the show & the organisation in and out of the theatre; well practiced obviously. Thank you.

Well, you have to go to a Broadway theatre when you're in New York. We picked this one and saw the DIsney version of Aladdin. It was brash and over the top - just what you expect in America. It was entertaining and well performed all round and the effects were great - the stage floor seemed to be divided into many pieces, Genie and others popping up everywhere. A great night out.

The theatre itself was amazing too. Lots of old-fashioned style.

Amazing and most beautiful theatre bought by the church years ago. Very lively mass. You sing and “dance” to the songs of prayer.
    Amazing feeling and it’s free!!!

I came by with friends to watch The Great Gatsby. We had brought tickets beforehand so we just had to scan them to get in. The entrance was quite fancy with a golden staircase and chandeliers.
The theatre is quite large with multiple entry points. The seats are allocated and there are ushers which can help you to your seat. There is a bar on the first floor with drinks and snacks. There are also people in the theatre who come by for snack and drinks too.
It was a nice experience. The theatre was comfortable and the show was very entertaining. There was also wifi. It was a nice experience for some evening entertainment.

Broadway theaters are generally exceptionally well kept. The Richard Rogers is an example of an older theater that even though opened in the 1920s has modernized it's lighting speakers and stage related items. However, the one thing it has not modernized is the seating distance from the front of your seat to the seat in front.

My recommendation is get your food and use the bathroom before sitting down if you are in the middle of a row. If you are at or near the end of a row, be prepared to stand up and squish if anyone needs to get out. It's not the most cramped I've ever experienced (that is easily the Ambassador) but it's certainly not comfortable.

Thankfully, Hamilton is one of the best Broadway shows ever, so I think that is why I'm giving it a 4 instead of 3, because once that starts, you forget about everything else.

The show was amazing, great cast, Adam Lambert was fab as they all were, nice to see a good range of diversity . The club is set up well and has a nice feel but…..it says on the arm of your seat to scan to order food, this apparently does not work and an incredibly rude staff member told me off loudly for using my phone, wasn’t really interested when I tried to explain why. Laughable as mobiles rang and buzzed all the way through and not a word said. You are asked to arrive early but there’s no food, a packed waiting area and very expensive drinks so didn’t have anything. I’m glad I saw the show, hell would freeze over before I go back. Customer service training needed! People pay a lot of money to go, treat them respectfully

MJ The Musical was amazing! Show was full of great singing and dancing. The theatre - seats were a little tight and a young child sat behind us and talked the entire show and kicked my seat. Can there be an age limit on attending? He was disruptive.

Went to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. Enjoyed the play as well as the theatre. Leg room is tight, really tight, especially when you are 6'5"...pity the people behind me...sorry!!! Entrance was a bit confusing....we waiting in line outside (pouring rain but luckily there was a covering!!!) Once inside we waited close to a half hour before we were let in...the lobby got pretty crowded. They had QR Codes on the back of the seats and you could order food or drinks to be brought to you...pretty cool. Good views of the stage, sound was adequate. Personnel weren't all that friendly, but hey, we are here for the play. All in all, a nice venue to watch a Broadway Play.

A beautiful old theatre from the 1920s with a rich interior. The acoustics are excellent, and there are no bad seats. I have been in the orchestra and balcony, and the stage is clearly seen. This is a great theater to see a play or musical.

This is the first time I have been to an American theatre for many years and I was pleased that we were able to produce the required Covid and identity documentation. Although it is mandatory, it still takes away some of the excitement of the anticipation of the evening.

The theatre is large enough to hold a lot of people, so inevitably that meant that there were latecomers, both at the beginning and after the interval, who were a slight distraction to the performance.

As expected, the wine was pricey, but at least we got to keep the plastic cups!

I saw the movie and liked it. I heard many people say something about it's witchcraft or demonic but it is far from that. It's basically more about a girl who is different and being compared to others and not fitting in and the struggles that go with it. The unliked green girl who was always shunned and cast out due to being green actually played the best part as she overcame the people who deceived her and made her feel bad about herself and she became stronger and found out what she wants in life.
