My family and I all really enjoyed our 45 minute carriage ride. It was a great way to see different areas of the park and a nice break from walking around on a hot day. Our driver was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable and took nice photos of us at a few designated stops.

Excellent trip, highly recommend! Bus arrived at 4am at Times Square and we arrived at Niagara Falls around 10:30am, we stayed there until 2pm and then headed back.

Staff were excellent, funny, very knowledgable and sociable.

Toilet on the bus was fine (grateful to have a toilet on a bus!)

Bus was half full so lots of space.

We stopped off at Corning for a break and popped into the supermarket there, we stopped there on the way and on the way back, we were able to take some nice photos and it was nice to see different places.

Niagara Falls was amazing! We managed to go straight to the front with our tickets, we stayed as a group and went on the mist boat (you do get very wet, so I would advise taking something to put your phone in to protect it from getting wet if you are taking photos), they do provide you with a poncho.

You have enough time to take lots of photos and have a little walk around and buy some gifts. I would say you do not have enough time to cross over to Canada and back.

I would say listen to the guides as they will tell you the best places to take photos as you could easily waste time at the beginning when actually it is a lot better the closer you go.

I would highly recommend this trip! The journey did not seem long at all, you are able to sleep on the bus, it also has 2 USB charging ports, so make sure your charger has a USB connection, they also have Wifi on the bus, but with everyone using it its not very strong.

Fantastic trip, would do this again!

Guide was very helpful & informative- coach was comfortable and driver, Harold a great character-Plenty of loo stops :-) Overnight Hotel in Canada very comfortable and literally a few minutes walk from the falls- The only thing I have to complain about was we were not given an itinerary when we booked, so although the trip description mentioned shopping, we didn't realise until we got there that it was at a huge shopping outlet ( called Waterloo) If we had been forewarned, we could've got more organised i.e.Xmas pressies etc.- Apart from that we had a great trip and would absolutely recommend

The 8 hour passenger van ride was comfortable. Daniel stopped, as needed, for additional restroom breaks. Breakfast and lunch were fast food. The Falls are magnificent! Our tour guide, Brian, was a font of knowledge and takes great pictures! He cared about our comfort, making sure we stayed hydrated.

It was absolutely fantastic! So much we didn't know about Central Park that Kenny told us about. He was a wonderful tour guide through the park.

Wettest, coldest day of the trip, so what to do? simple, take the Electric Bike Tour. Met at the northern end of Central Park (West 110th St). Tour took us through Morningside, Riverside and along the Hudson to Battery Park. Our tour guide was the remarkable Bob - endlessly knowledgeable and great fun. Be sure to take the trip early and ask for "Best of Bob" - you will be well rewarded with more to see. Three and a half hours flew past.

    Will repeat this one.

Our tour guide was phenomenal. He gave us such an awesome memory that will last a lifetime. Really fun facts about the park and some quiet moments for us to take in as a couple. He took perfect photos for us, as well. I’m excited to try his food recommendations. Knowing how well they treat the horses really felt good. We’re lucky we scored such an amazing human to show us around Central Park. We were a little wary of the price, but it was incredible. Worth it and so much more. That money goes to a job better than well done and the dedication to the incredible care they take of their horses. Definitely a must do while you’re visiting the park.

The destinations on this tour were great and Niagara Falls were amazing, but I have to say the stress of finding out 14hours prior to departure that the tour you’ve booked through the Viator website does not actually correspond with what Empire Vacations offers was a big let down and costly. We booked and paid for all our holidays accommodation based around this one tours stops i.e Washington as final stopover, imagine our shock at finding out that our final stopover was Niagara Falls. All our follow on accommodation we had personally booked was in Washington DC as per the tour we’d booked on Viator. This wasn’t Empire Vacations fault, they did their utmost to try and find a solution to our situation, even as we started traveling on the tour. Suffice it to say this deviation was an expensive exercise.

Our tour guide for the first two days through Philadelphia & Washington DC was Jutta and she was fantastic. She gave everyone a really positive experience with lots of information, great organization & care for all passengers. On top of this she couldn’t do enough to help us in our predicament.

The second half of the tour was not nearly as enjoyable and most of this was due to the new tour guide. An ex school teacher that appeared to think we were his pupils rather paying passengers, and felt a strong need to share his political view any chance he got. Let’s not get started on the fact that I didn’t get to sit with my husband on this leg of the trip, and when i brought this up with our tour guide towards the end of the first day hoping to have something quietly done to change the situation because it was upsetting to me, he promptly made a public announcement about it on the bus topping it off with a joke about whether or not my husband would actually want to sit together. The highlight for these 2 days of the tour was Niagara Falls which are spectacular to see whether it’s up close on the maid of the mist or with fireworks exploding over top of them at night.

All these places are really worth seeing when you travel to the United States but for me I’m not convinced this was the best way.

We had such an amazing time on this vacation. We wanted to get away from NYC and see some of the fall foliage. There is so much included in this get-a-way- Watkins Glenn (small hike), Niagara Falls, Toronoto, St. Lawrence River and 1,000 Islands. Our tour guide, Ben, was phenomenal and knew so much about the history of the region, even as a New Yorker I learned so much. Our driver, Curt, was fabulous and they both saved us so much time by ensuring the best choices were made along the way. Niagara Falls is so stunning and the Maid in the Midst tour is overwhelming by it's power and beauty. It's great to explore this wonderful state of ours.

Had a great bike ride. Got to see a lot of NYC from top of Central Park all of the way down to Battery Park. Easy tour for all ages.

Not the biggest, not the greatest but still, it’s a nice stop on your Central Park walk. Very approachable for the kids, it’s unlike one of these gigantic zoos where you need to devote at least half a day for. This one can be seen in about 1 hour. I enjoyed it.

We really enjoyed it, otherwise we wouldn't have done so many things. Note regarding 911 museum. Although it is included in the NY pass and due to crowds it is advised to come in the afternoon, we were refused in the afternoon as the number of NY pass tickets were sold out?? We had to come back in the morning during the busy hours for free entry?
