Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- trip-radarRhodes Town, Greece981 contributionsAt first there is a video with the history of NYC and the area. Then there are exhibition and finally the simulation of flying over the skyline.Written 30 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Thomas VOakland, CA17,485 contributionsRoller skating in the spring! Yes, they convert the ice skating rink to roller and then play roller disco, which I love, on the sound system. Such fun and the crowd loves it. Plus lots of rainbow flags for June, looks great. One of the best urban design places in the city.Written 29 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

We are on a trip to NYC and decided to do a little climbing before we caught our train home. Gym staff were super friendly, gave us a quick tour and were around if we needed anything. Gym itself is great. Really clean, well set up, and they even have bins of chalk available which was great, since we didn’t bring any. They were re-setting one wall when we were there but that still left us with lots to climb. Excellent variety in routes too, some nice easy ones to make me feel good about myself and a great selection of harder routes to choose from. Would absolutely recommend stopping by!Written 10 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- hrobinson1114Nashville, TN5,806 contributionsI almost made this a three star review, but chose to go with four stars after my interaction with the staff and hearing more about their mission.
I expected a bit of a larger, more open space where I could cuddle with cats (with their consent of course). But this space was quite a bit smaller, and there were around 10 people in the space, all of them vying for the attention of a few cats. It was crowded and busy for my personal taste.
That’s not their fault. And the employees told me weekdays are much less hectic (I’m just not usually in the city on weekdays).
All of the employees are super nice, and you can tell this place prioritizes feline well-being above all else. They explained to me that their cats come from a cat rescue in Bowling Green, KY, which funnily enough, I live near. They told me they have almost a complete turnover of cats every two weeks. They have very careful adoption procedures in place to ensure the best placement for the cats.
Please note weekends are reservation only, weekdays it’s recommended, but not required. And there are rules. Vaccination, no shoes, don’t pick the cats up, don’t wake the cats up, etc.
This wasn’t my style, but I respect their mission and the employees are great reps for the organization.Written 19 February 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The place wasn’t that clean, seemed old and needed a refurbishment, certainly not on the same level as the one we visited in Orlando.
Food was OK, chicken sandwich, also had the ribs and chicken fingers, all perfectly fine, nothing special, nothing bad, nothing good.
The waitress who showed us to our seat was disinterested and rather abrupt and we were worried by this, however our waiter was amazing, very friend and attentive, I regret nit getting his name to give him a shout out.Written 18 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Angela BNew York City, NY301 contributionsCame here specifically for the kitties and I've been to one other kitty cafe and this was a bit different. The space for the kitty cafe was split between an upper and lower room which weren't that large. When I arrived most of the kitties were napping, so...took a few for some to wake up. Sirena was a young kitten and I just so happened to get a toy that she loved, so I got to spend most of my time playing with her.
The number of people in the kitty section vs cats seemed to be skewed and most people didn't get to interact with the cats. I believe all of them were open for adoption and if I didn't already have a fur baby, Sirena would have come home with me.
Just be aware it may be hard to spend quality time with the kittes based on the number of people in the cafe already.Written 9 April 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Happy Hour offered reasonable prices, available tables and a quiet, calm atmosphere. My friend and I never felt pressured to order excessively or leave before we were done catching up. The location is very convenient and it is neither seedy nor intimidatingly posh — just a nice, comfy local spot.Written 13 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
