Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- K4kevMain Beach, Australia95 contributionsHey after walking klms for a drink around WTC with a view to the water to collect my thoughts, I found this place friendly and the wine menu was pretty good.Written 24 February 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - bernard berkein14 contributionsIt looks like you enter a place run by a madam with the dim red lights and cosy corners but it's great. Our waiter was fairly new ut made up his lack of expertise by his really touching willingness to make sure your experience was good. The champagne selection is great. The bites are copious so no need for dinner afterwards. The only drawback is that the excellent mix of music , French usa, hiphop soul etc are only covers sung by some obscure groups and not the originals . But we'll be backWritten 10 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- GMattOttawa, Canada182 contributionsGreat spot to relax, enjoy a great coffee and be in the moment. The team was welcoming and the location really had a comfy local vibe. - David HCambridge, MA857 contributionsWe tried a few interesting skin contact wines at this wine bar while awaiting a reservation at a nearby restaurant. There is an interesting section of unusual wines by the glass and a much bigger array by the bottle. Definitely a fun place to try some unique wines.Written 9 April 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Jason THamptons, NY3 contributionsThis place is adorable. The best feature is the bartender Mark. He's energetic, interesting, and pours a good glass of vino.Music was great!Written 5 June 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Angela HoltzDallas, TX480 contributionsWe stopped by for a glass of wine. Decided to stay for a cheese pairing too!

Many travellers lament this fact - but once in a while a gem sparkles in the concrete jungle. Such a gem is Abbey Road Wines & Spirits. We were fortunate to encounter a most affable and knowledgeable proprietor who has a deep appreciation of our favourite libation: red wine! Prices at Abbey Road range from moderate to, well, expensive but you may rest assured that the advice given is sound and based on experience and expertise. Highly recommended!Written 14 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
