What travellers are saying
- Christopher DFairfield, Australia32 contributionsI visited here during a one week stay in San Diego. The location isn’t exactly right next to the tram station, however, is within walking distance for those who are relatively fit and can stand the heat. There are a large variety of retailers here including major brands such as Nike, Adidas, Footlocker, Asics, Nautica and others. It’s a great location for having so many outlet stores in one spot and the prices are generally great! There were some food and drink options available though some of these had shut for the day (I did visit on the 2nd January though) or didn’t open at all. Overall a good experience and next time I’m in San Diego I’d happily visit again to snap up some bargains!Written 13 May 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Denise MBayside, NY299 contributionsGreat outdoor market which takes place rain or shine. I was there on a rare rainy Sunday & the market was prepared. Vendors had tent covers & the place was packed! Locals kept apologizing for the weather - which as a tourist made me laugh. If you are visiting from out of town there is a decent amount of fresh fruit & veggies. So if you have just arrived, and are staying a few days - stock up here instead of going to local supermarket. They also have unique one of-a-kind crafts/jewelry/candles. What I also liked was that all of the artists who made products were there (at least what I bought).Written 3 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Tiberiu_BaranyiTimisoara, Romania7,466 contributionsSeaport Village has become my favorite spot to unwind from the long intercontinental flight when I go over to San Diego.
It is very close to the Gaslamp quarter where I tiplycally have my hotel ... so its just 10 minutes of walking.
Then you will find in the area, several restaurants where you can stop for a snack / or for a beer. Several walkways lead away from the shore line and you can do some shopping if you want also ... or just kick it back on the beach chairs and take of your shoes and socks and dip your feet in the sand - such a nice thing to do.
On the other hand is not something very spectacular in the area , our some very special or high end restaurants or shops - but I do like the place ...especially as I said, to take a walk and unwind after the usual 20-22 hours trip to get to San Diego ... for me is just the perfect spot.
So don't expect something special ... it is my favorite spot ... for you might be just another piece of California coast.Written 19 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - northshoregirl1Saint Paul, MN120 contributionsThere is a variety of shops, restaurants nice seating throughout and variety of flowers, palm trees, some art and even a Koi fish pond. It is also dog friendly and even has a small dog park.Written 14 March 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- wordforewordChicago, IL72 contributionsAfter we found this place, we were there almost every day either for breakfast coffee and pastry or lunch for a salad, sandwich or burger. The Liberty Public Market is made up of individual outlets with different food offerings. We found each of these outlets is special. They are not your typical franchised brand. Authentic and original menus. The owner of the pastry spot was from Paris, France. We loved the Rad Burgers, with truffle mayo and bacon, and the Cluck Flusters chicken, spicy hot tenders. There were so many different places to get something each day we visited. A large ample, free parking lot made it an easy choice. It was not crowded on the days and times we went, but we have been told by other guests that it can get crazy on the weekends and evenings. We went when it opened in the morning for coffee and pastries, other outlets were not open until noon for lunch or dinner offerings.
This is such a perfect spot for those in a group or family when no one can decide what they want or everyone wants something different. There are also retail vendors of clothings, art, and crafty items as well so browse around.Written 31 March 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Gonnahavefun4evaSacramento, CA240 contributionsWent to Plaza Palmeri next door to outlets. They have an Express outlet store there, lots of stock.
Outlets lots of stores. They have a large Victoria Secret/ PINK outlet, lots of stock. Pajama sets were sold as separates @ $19.99 ea. Mostly smaller sizes. Found bargains at Michael Kors. Didn't spend a lot of time at outlets because it started raining and it is an outside outlet.
Area had a slight sewage smell .
Will return when in area.Written 23 February 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Jill RGrandview, MO118 contributionsThis shop is full of fantastic items and numerous collectors pieces. - Vera BTucson, AZ99 contributionsThe selection of Gorman creations ranges from small tiles to sculptures to enormous canvases or ptints. Something for every budget for the fan of this Navajo artist. One of four galleries in the country showing his work.Written 28 August 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Andy RSacramento, CA372 contributionsThis place not only has such a varied selection of wares (Asian, contemporary, collectible, Victorian, eclectic) but the prices are really reasonable - and several items are marked down. Lots of furniture, figurines, dinnerware, cutlery, glassware, jewelry, etc. You could spend over an hour just looking around. Many unique items and all high quality. We ended up buying some glassware and jewelry and nice to this non-profit donates to dozens of animal welfare causes.Written 16 October 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- Vince BAsheville, NC47 contributionsI guess Mr Simic lost his butt several years ago in Carmel Ca. He had beautiful pieces of Art, hell I spent over 100k with the gallery. How unfortunate. It’s gone! Kinda makes me mad, but it is what it is. My X has the good pieces and I have several that I will be selling. All European Artist. I just don’t really want memories of my X, so the Art has to go. I did enjoy the Gallery with Judith & Russel. It probably was a sale with them, but it actually meant something to the both of us.Written 5 May 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- kdpbballClifton Park, NY421 contributionsWe are visiting from Upstate NY and were blown away by the vast selection of goods. I wish we had a way to get the beautiful produce home! We were able to buy gifts for friends: homemade soap, spices and tea. We did enjoy some fresh treats ourselves. All of the merchants were very friendly and eager to share information about their respective talents. It was a wonderful experience: six blocks of
items. Plus it gave us a great break from sightseeing.Written 29 January 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Double "Ollie" WinnerRiverside, CA2,822 contributionsThis is a great way to spend an hour or more looking at amazing art. The parking in this area varies with different time limits so you should plan your visit to ensure your car doesn't get ticketed.Written 27 March 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
