#1 of 6 Nature & Parks in Granite Falls
Came here again in June when most the snow had melted and it was much easier being able to park at the trailhead.
More than one person have died at different times for entering the caves ( the ice collapsed on top of them) so always keep in mind that nature can be amazing but it is also unpredictable.

So easy to get to by car in the park if you are there for a camping or just passing through.

Be careful know where you are private property owners get frustrated if you park in there driveway to have a family sledding adventurer.

Just a mile down Mountain Loop Highway, park at fish ladder, short walk down trail to the falls.
There are several campgrounds, day use parks or places to pull off the highway along the river & set up for the day.
