Its really nature and beautiful!
Kai Bae Beach
#2 of 25 Nature & Parks in Ko Chang
Beautiful beach, the temperature of the water is wonderful and the return of the elephants in the late afternoon, is nature at its full.
Tips: the parking in Kai Bae zone is still FREE everywhere, while in White Sands road sides are all painted in park.
Klong Plu Waterfall
#3 of 25 Nature & Parks in Ko Chang
Wonderful nature and such a great experience to swim with all the fish that nibble on your feet!! Loved the place.
In this park we hiked over amazing roots, we swam in natural rapids, had our feet tickled by the fish repelled down rocks.
Ko Rang
#4 of 25 Nature & Parks in Ko Chang
Nice unspoilt nature and best diving around Koh Chang, Koh Mak, Koh Kood
... just North-East of Koh Rang which are currently closed to tourist boats (they're actually closest to Koh Mak), you're not in a big group to scare the fish away and you ain't paying no 200 baht national park fee.

White Sand Beach

Beach access is limited, but because I stayed at Paddy's the have a sister hotel under construction that we could park, walk through and use beach chairs for free.

Lonely Beach
#7 of 25 Nature & Parks in Ko Chang
Many of the other sandy beaches (long beach on the east coast for instance) are so flat, that in the afternoon you had to walk a long way before you could start swimming .. here it was easy ... nice food at nature...
Pad Thai costs around 70b at the nature beach bar

Ban Kwan Chang
#9 of 25 Nature & Parks in Ko Chang
These huge beasts have the most gentle nature and, unlike the African elephant where we live, are more tolerant of humans.
We were picked up at the hotel for the short ride to the park and once there greeted with smiling welcomes and a cold bottle of water.

Khlong Nonsi Waterfall
#11 of 25 Nature & Parks in Ko Chang
Love it....don't pay the 40Baht parking though, drive past government buildings and along a new concrete road and you can park right next to the waterfalls.V empty, loads of tiers but top ones are a bit of a techi...
there are no fees and no tourists- full on pure nature, amazing!
Than Mayom Waterfall
#12 of 25 Nature & Parks in Ko Chang
I fully recommend anybody travelling Thailand to visit some of these national parks because they are well maintained and sensational to look.
Although for foreigners there is an entry fee of 200 THB this gives you access to the other places from the National Park without having to pay extra.
Ban Chang Thai - Elephant Camp
#13 of 25 Nature & Parks in Ko Chang
The park rescues elephants from all kinds of backgrounds and all the staff love what they do.
